“Praise him with trumpet sound; praise him with lute and harp!
Praise him with tambourine and dance; praise him with strings and pipe!
Praise him with sounding cymbals; praise him with loud clashing cymbals!
Let everything that has breath praise the LORD!”
These words from Psalm 150 are a call to all musicians – singers and drummers and guitarists and pianists and harmonica players and trumpet players and saxaphone players and flute players and any other type of musician – to use their musical gifts as God’s people gather to worship Him!
To anyone with musical gifts who is:
(1) a member of the Redeemer Church body
(2) with a desire to worship God
(3) and serve God’s people
I encourage you to sign up for the worship team for the summer.
Oh, and for those of you who are not gifted in the area of music but desire to serve in this ministry, there’s always room on the tech team!
