Redeemer Church is committed to the preaching of the Scriptures (2 Timothy 4:2) because the Word of God is the most powerful force on the earth (Hebrews 4:12-13) when joined with the work of the Holy Spirit (1 Thessalonians 1:5). We believe that true preaching exposes the meaning of Scripture. Therefore, the meaning of the Bible passage should be the meaning of the preacher’s sermon. The expository sermons below are posted for your spiritual encouragement. Please enjoy!
He is Above All (John 3:31-36)Ryan Limbaugh, September 3, 2017
Part of the He is series, preached at a Sunday Morning service
|« He is the Bridegroom||None||He is Satisfying »|
31 He who comes from above is above all. He who is of the earth belongs to the earth and speaks in an earthly way. He who comes from heaven is above all. 32 He bears witness to what he has seen and heard, yet no one receives his testimony. 33 Whoever receives his testimony sets his seal to this, that God is true. 34 For he whom God has sent utters the words of God, for he gives the Spirit without measure. 35 The Father loves the Son and has given all things into his hand. 36 Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.
