Discipleship is necessary. For every believer in the church to become mature, a culture of discipleship must be in place. Our desire is for every member of Redeemer Church to be trained in faithful application of the Gospel.
Discipleship is critical to our mission. As we seek to reach people who have never been discipled, it is imperative that we have the passion and skill to train people in Gospel application. We want to help people grow in their faith.
Discipleship is personal. We strive to be a people who meet with each other face-to-face and heart-to-heart, lovingly guiding one another toward Christ.
Discipleship is a process. We are cultivating knowledge of God, affection for God, and faithfulness to God. We know this does not happen over night; therefore, we patiently persevere with one another as we grow in grace.
